Payment Methods

You can pay with your credit card in interest-free installments:

  • 35-65€ up to 4 installments
  • 65-100€ up to 6 installments
  • 100-250€ up to 12 installments
  • 250€ and above up to 18 installments

Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal or cash on delivery. This means you pay the courier upon receipt of the products.

Alternatively, you can make a bank deposit for the payable amount into one of the following accounts, making sure to include your name and order number—this method is convenient for web-banking users.

Shipments are made with an authorized courier specializing in sensitive products like contact lenses.

Delivery times are:

  • Within Athens the next business day.
  • To all other areas within 1 to 2 business days.

The maximum allowable weight per shipment is set at 2 kg, which is generally sufficient for contact lenses. However, if your order exceeds 2 kg in weight, we will inform you of any potential extra shipping costs before sending the products.

The cost for each additional kilogram over 2 kg is 1.5€.

Shipments abroad are not carried out. However, they can be arranged upon agreement regarding the cost and method of shipment.



Orders - Returns & Cancellations

The return policy for each product category of OpticalDirect is as follows:

1.Contact Lenses

If the contact lenses you received do not meet your satisfaction, you can return them only if the packaging is intact within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted for contact lenses whose orders take several days to process due to their personalized features, e.g., astigmatic, multifocal lenses.

In this case, OpticalDirect will replace your lenses or refund your entire order amount excluding shipping costs.

Opened packages can be accepted for return only if the product is defective or of poor quality with proven fault of the manufacturer or OpticalDirect.

2.Glasses and Accessories

If the glasses or accessories you received do not meet your satisfaction, you can return them only if they are intact within 14 days of receipt.

In this case, OpticalDirect will replace them or refund your entire order amount excluding shipping costs.

Opened packages can be accepted for return only if the product is defective or of poor quality with proven fault of the manufacturer or OpticalDirect.

Returns can only be accepted if the product is in the condition it was received (includes glasses, case, certificate of authenticity, cloth, and purchase receipts).

To return a product, please fill out the online Return Form specifying the reason for return or call 210 6747512 and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Refunds will be made to the bank account you provide after completing the online Return Form with your order number.
